Production steps:
Step 1: prepare glutinous rice flour, red dates and sugar for steamed cake
Step 2: wash the jujube, remove the core and chop it
Step 3: put jujube into glutinous rice flour.
Step 4: add sugar
Step 5: mix well
Step 6: put the steamer in the pot and spread the gauze
Step 7: put the mixed jujube glutinous rice flour into the steamer
Step 8: cover the pot and steam over high heat for 20 minutes
Step 9: stick the chopsticks down without sticking
Step 10: rub with hot gauze
Step 11: knead into a square
Step 12: slice after cooling

Glutinous rice flour: 350g
Red dates: 100g
Sugar: 60g
Note: Note: I use wet glutinous rice flour which is specially used for steaming cakes here. It's steamed a little at home. The real steamed rice cakes here are processed in the vegetable market. A cage of rice cakes is at least 20 jin of glutinous rice, plus sugar, red dates, walnuts and so on. A cage of rice cakes is at least 30 jin
