Production steps:
Step 1: marinated bean curd is a big piece, use marinated bean curd because it is stronger.
Step 2: cut the tofu into pieces. If it's big, it looks like a box.
Step 3: add more oil to the frying pan and fry the tofu in hot oil until golden.
Step 4: fried tofu.
Step 5: cut the deep fried tofu from one end with a knife. For the sake of beauty, it's better not to cut all the tofu and leave a little bit. I lazy directly cut, and then with a spoon inside the tofu out, pay attention not to dig out the outside. Well done, like pictures, like small boxes one by one.
Step 6: add seasoning to pork stuffing, add diced mushrooms and carrots, stir well.
Step 7: dig the stuffing into the tofu box with a spoon. The tofu box is basically shaped. Put the stuffing tofu box into the steamer and steam over high heat for 15-20 minutes.
Step 8: steamed tofu box, and then add tomato sauce and starch to mix a juice, pour it on the tofu box. I made a little less soup, not very beautiful. Steamed bean curd box, bean curd is filled with the delicious meat.
