Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients. Remove the roots of soybean sprouts and wash the mushrooms into small ones.
Step 2: bring water to a boil, add soybean sprouts, mushrooms and scallops, bring to a boil again, turn to low heat for 40 minutes.
Step 3: shred the radish.
Step 4: soak shredded radish in light salt water for 10 minutes.
Step 5: take out the shredded radish, fully drain it, put it into a bowl, sift in the flour, gently grasp it with hands, do not stir it hard, to prevent uneven batter.
Step 6: boil water in the pot, add shredded radish to cook, remove and put in warm water.
Step 7: take it out and put it in a bowl.
Step 8: Boil the soup in the pot.
Step 9: pour the boiling soup into the shredded radish bowl.
Step 10: add salt, pour sesame oil, add wolfberry and coriander leaves.

Flour: 50g

Scallion: 1 large section

Sesame oil: appropriate amount
Salt: right amount
Note: flour can be replaced by starch. It's better to add winter vegetables to the clear soup. I haven't bought it all the time. Put some scallops to improve the taste.
