Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the raw materials.
Step 2: break the eggs and add the flour. (don't join all at once, try to add)
Step 3: stir with chopsticks into cotton wadding. (no water)
Step 4: knead into a slightly hard dough and wake up for 20-30 minutes (cover with steamer cloth or plastic wrap to avoid air drying)

Step 20: cut with a saw. (can cut very neatly)
