What I add here is milk, which can also be replaced by water. Generally, add less water first. If you feel that the dough is dry, don't pour water directly. Instead, use your hands to rub the flour. You can also add some sugar and salt, because I don't have the amount to add any as I like. If it has been fermented and has a sour taste, you can add some powder. The taste will be worse, but it's still good. Unlike bread, it seems that the dough is useless. I don't have the pictures in the back because I'm very interested in taking pictures. I think it's troublesome and I can't take them well. I often forget. I have more fun doing it.
