Production steps:
Step 1: cut the red pepper into 5cm long and 1cm wide strips.
Step 2: cut the yellow pepper into 5cm long and 1cm wide strips.
Step 3: cut kidney beans into diamond shaped pieces for 5cm and cook them with boiling water.
Step 4: cut the shallot into 5 cm long and 1 cm wide diamond strips.
Step 5: cut the coconut sugar into pieces with a knife, and then cut the pineapple into 1cmx1cm cubes.
Step 6: after the duck is cooked with the marinated material bought in the store, remove the bone in half.
Step 7: open the peanut oil, add the shallot, red pepper, yellow pepper and kidney bean into the frying pan and fry for 10 seconds.
Then add 50 ml coconut milk with red curry sauce and bring to a boil. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 8: pour the prepared red curry sauce water into the soup plate.
Then cut the marinated duck into 0, 5cm wide pieces and lay them flat on the juice.
Step 9: in order to look good, you can also use a small spoon to scrape a little coconut milk in the container filled with coconut milk and drop it around the duck (as shown in the white dot in the picture), then you can eat it on the table.
