Flavored crisp cowpea
Introduction:
"I learned this dish from my mother-in-law. I used to see my mother-in-law stir fry, spicy drop, very meal, do not know how can be so crisp. Because I'm not at home at work, I just listen to my mother-in-law and seldom do it myself. But this dish is LG's favorite. It's only available in summer every year. Later, every summer cowpea market, buy vegetables to see tender cowpea, must buy 2 jin. Take advantage of a fine sunny day, sun out in the morning, and cook dinner in the afternoon. Cowpea in summer is thick, crisp and tender. After scalding and drying, it looks like a crisp radish. It tastes crisp, salty and delicious. I like to eat meat drops. You can add some diced lean meat to stir fry it, or you can eat it
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare crisp fresh cowpeas.
Step 2: bring the water to a boil, add the cowpea and heat until it turns green.
Step 3: take out and drain the water, and bind it with string one by one.
Step 4: put it on the bamboo pole and expose it to the sun for several hours. When the cowpea turns gray, it still leaves a little water and can't be too dry.
Step 5: clean up the dried cowpeas; prepare the green and red peppers.
Step 6: cut the beans into small pieces; break the garlic; cut the green pepper into small pieces.
Step 7: heat the oil in the pan, saute garlic, pour in cowpea, stir fry with salt.
