Sweet potato balls
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash and steam the sweet potato. (steamed sweet potatoes are easy to peel)

Step 10: heat the oil for 50%, put in sweet potato balls, fry them slowly over low heat, turn them frequently, and heat them evenly. Fry well and fish out.
Step 11: you can add milk powder, butter, cheese, condensed milk and so on according to your preference. It's a flavor again. You can try it if you like.

Note: make sure to fry slowly with low heat, turn frequently to make it heated evenly (avoid external paste and internal growth). Choose a deep and small-diameter pot to fry. You don't need to pour a lot of oil, you can keep a high oil level to fry food. Rotten sweet potatoes (sweet potatoes with black spots) and germinated sweet potatoes can cause poisoning and are not edible.
