Zebra Cake
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: mix the flour and baking powder evenly.
The second step: egg yolk, sugar and vanilla sugar are frothing with electric egg whisk.
Step 3: add warm water and olive oil, stir well.
Step 4: add the flour twice and mix well.
Step 5: divide the dough into two equal parts, add cocoa powder to one of them, and stir well.
Step 6: beat the egg white, half in the dough with cocoa and half in the dough without cocoa. Stir to make it mixed evenly.
Step 7: butter the cake mold. First scoop two teaspoons of uncooked dough and place it in the center of the cake mold.
Step 8: scoop another two scoops of cocoa dough on top of the previous one.
Step 9: repeat until the dough runs out.
Step 10: put the cake in the preheated oven, 160 degrees, 40 minutes.
Step 11: sift the powdered sugar and stir with the orange juice.
Step 12: after the cake is baked, carefully take it out of the mold and let it cool. Pour the powdered sugar juice on the cake.

Note: 1. I use the 11 cm MINI MOLD today, so only one egg can be seen in the picture, and there are still many. The cake is very big.
