Cherry Radish
Introduction:
"Cut off the head and tail of radish, wash and set aside! First put salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, rice vinegar, minced garlic and rice pepper into the container and mix well. Gently pat the Cherry Radish with the back of a knife until the radish cracks. Then put the radish into the container with good flavor. It can be eaten after six hours
Production steps:

Step 2: pour salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, rice vinegar, garlic, rice pepper into the container and stir well, then put the radish into the seasoned water and marinate for 6 hours.

Salt: 40g
MSG: 40g
White rice vinegar: 80g
