Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the required materials. Soak the raisins in hot water for 10 minutes.
Step 2: sift the flour into the bowl. Add sugar.
Step 3: beat the eggs into the bowl.
Step 4: add green tea oil and dough into the bowl. This dough will stick to your hands at the beginning, and it will get better after kneading a little more.
Step 5: squeeze the raisins dry and add them to the dough.
Step 6: knead the raisins into the dough.
Step 7: cut into cubes and place on a baking tray. Preheat the oven.
Step 8: oven 180 degrees, 12 minutes.

Raisins: 40g
Sugar: 35g
Green tea oil: 30g
Note: the original house is added egg yolk, biscuit surface brush egg liquid. I changed it into adding an egg, wood brush egg liquid. The color is beautiful with pure egg yolk. But it suits lazy people like me.
