Step 1: all ingredients are ready.
Step 2: peel and wash towel gourd, cut into strips and set aside.
Step 3: soak plain gluten in warm water.

Note: 1, gluten absorb salty, so salty seasoning should be put first. 2. If the Luffa doesn't come out of the water during the frying process, it can be drizzled with a little water at the edge of the pot. 3. The gluten should be softened in advance, otherwise it is not easy to stir fry and taste.
