Production steps:
Step 1: mix Japanese sushi vinegar and cooked white rice in the ratio of rice 7: vinegar 1 to make vinegar rice (refer to Jinsha sweet corn roll for vinegar rice method, refer to mackerel sushi for homemade sushi vinegar)
Step 2: mix the fish fillets into the vinegar rice.
Step 3: put the sweet corn in and mix well.
Step 4: put the mixed ingredients into the pattern rice ball pressing mold.
Step 5: dig a hole in the middle of the meal with your thumb.
Step 6: put the proper eel in the hole.
Step 7: add seaweed sauce (Japanese seaweed sauce is available in supermarkets)
Step 8: cover the surface with vinegar rice, cover and compact the cover.
Step 9: gently tap the bottom of the mold (after pressing, gently tap the demoulding).
Step 10: invert rice balls.
