Longan Sago
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: bring the water to a boil and add the sago.
Step 2: simmer for 20 minutes, then turn off the heat and simmer for 15 minutes until the sago has no white spots.
Step 3: put the sago in cold water.
Step 4: prepare pure milk and coconut milk.
Step 5: add proper amount of rock sugar to pure milk and coconut milk (according to taste) and turn on and off the heat and let cool.
Step 6: cool the milk and sago.
Step 7: add longan and serve.
Materials required:
Fresh longan: moderate
Simmy: right amount
Coconut milk: 200ml
Pure milk: 250ml
Rock sugar: right amount
Note: here, I'd like to remind you that my sago is actually a special kind of sweet potato dumpling in our hometown of Chaoshan. This is made by one of my aunts. It looks the same as sago, and tastes much better than sago.
