Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the balsam pear and clean the flesh.
Step 2: slice balsam pear. Marinate with salt for a while, squeeze the water and then stir fry, the bitterness will be greatly reduced.
Step 3: soak Auricularia auricula in water, remove impurities and tear small pieces; wash red pepper, remove seeds and cut into diamond shaped pieces; cut ginger and garlic into small pieces.
Step 4: peel, wash and slice the yam; add white vinegar into cold water and soak the yam slices to avoid oxidation and blackening.
