Stir fried sausage
Introduction:
"I'm tired of eating meat recently. I'd like some sausage for a change. It's crisp and delicious. It's all gone. "
Production steps:
Step 1: raw material drawing. A large intestine, 5 scallions, a small piece of ginger, 3 garlic, 3 dry pepper, 20 pepper, 3 star anise, wash and set aside.

Step 7: heat the remaining oil in the pan, pour in green pepper and stir fry for half a minute.
Step 8: pour in the fat sausage and stir fry for one minute, add 3 tbsp of wine, 3 tbsp of soy sauce and stir fry, add 1 tbsp of salt and half tbsp of mushroom, stir fry well and serve.
Step 9: a dish of dry fried sausage with complete color, flavor and taste is on the table!
