Production steps:
Step 1: prepare 500g flour and put it in a clean basin.
Step 2: add yeast powder and yeast partner into the flour (if there is no partner, you can not use it), and stir well.
Step 3: add milk powder, granulated sugar and powdered sugar in turn, and stir evenly.
Step 4: add water and eggs to the mixed flour, while adding water, knead the flour into dough for fermentation.
Step 5: when the dough is twice as big, it's OK
Step 6: make the dough equal to the size of the mold
Step 7: put the dough into the mold one by one
Step 8: card into a shaped card flower
Step 9: power on and preheat the electric cake pan, and put the cards in order one by one. Don't put it too close, leave a certain gap, because the volume of the card will become larger after heating. (it can also be baked in the oven).
Step 10: bake the electric cake pan on both sides for 7 or 8 minutes, and the surface will turn yellow. Or use the oven 180 degrees middle high fire, 15 minutes out of the oven.

Fine granulated sugar: 70g
Note: in order to keep the pattern clear, the formula uses fine granulated sugar and powdered sugar. Only sugar powder, card flower is not soft enough, only fine sugar pattern is not easy to shape.
