Miso tofu soup

Step 1: miso, a Japanese bean paste.
Step 2: tender kelp teeth, diced tofu and scallion.
Step 3: this soup is basically "wash pot soup". After other dishes are fried, if the last dish is not burnt or not very heavy, add some water directly and bring to a boil. Add kelp teeth and diced tofu.
Step 4: bring to a boil, add scallions and turn off the heat. Put a spoonful of miso on the spatula, and then scoop some soup. Mix it in the soup.

Note: miso is salty, basically no need to put salt.
