(it is said that this is also the reason why there are not many fat people in South Korea) Korean Dajiang soup is generally made with Korean stone pot, while Chinese people eat Dajiang soup very few times (to save cost), so they use ordinary household wok. It's so hot in summer. Another stone pot will be hot to death It generally uses a lot of materials, and the main materials and ingredients can change with time, place and people! Production steps:
Step 1: Ingredients: tofu, onion, zucchini, green pepper, Flammulina velutipes, mushrooms, shrimp dumplings (it doesn't matter, I don't like meat!). It's all for one person! Seasoning: soy sauce, chili sauce
Step 2: prepare rice washing water (which is very important for Dajiang soup): the rice that has been washed twice is washed with rice washing water for the third time. In the process, the rice can be cooked. Big sauce soup with rice is delicious
Step 3: prepare material 1: cut tofu, green pepper, onion, zucchini and shrimp dumplings into small pieces, cross the mushrooms, remove the Flammulina velutipes and scatter them behind, pour cooking wine on the pork to remove the fishiness (fat or thin, I like fat!)
Step 4: prepare materials 2: rice water is almost like this bowl (a person's portion yo!) , big sauce, chili sauce, the following tips.
Step 5: heat the frying pan and add the pork directly (don't add the oil! When the pork is fried, there will be oil splashing. Sprinkle a little salt to prevent oil splashing and improve the taste. Don't put too much. The sauce has a salty taste.)
Step 6: fry the meat and take it out. Stir fry the green pepper and onion slightly. Stir fry the meat until it is fragrant
Step 7: take out the fried vegetables, pour in the rice washing water, bring to a boil, and then add a tablespoon of Korean sauce
Step 8: after melting the sauce, add all the previous ingredients (except tofu, which is lactone tofu and easy to break, and should be put in the back of the pot)
Step 9: cook over low heat for about 10 minutes, add a small spoonful of Korean chili sauce and stir
Step 10: add tofu and cook for about 10 minutes. You can taste whether it tastes delicious or not (add salt appropriately or extend the cooking time)
Step 11: beat an egg and pour it on the top before starting the pot. It will be better if you cover the pot for a while!! (you can also add some green onion and garlic to improve the taste. I'm lazy!)
