Fried steamed bread slices with stinky tofu
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: Wang Zhihe stinky tofu
Second step: add a little baijiu.
Step 3: make a paste
Step 4: cut the steamed bread into 15cm pieces, cut a knife in the middle, don't cut it off. Smear the stinky tofu and Baijiu paste.
Step 5: break up the eggs, add a little chicken essence and mix well.

Step 7: turn over and fry again.

Baijiu: a little

Note: Wang Zhihe stinky tofu itself is very salty, so do not add salt when frying, and do not wipe too much. The stinky tofu is stinky tofu, adding Baijiu to add flavor to the smell of stinky tofu, with a rich corn juice, not only deodorant but also fragrant cheeks.
