Production steps:
Step 1: wash vegetable heart and mushroom, drain water and set aside.
Step 2: add a little salt and oil to the water, bring to a boil and blanch the cabbage.
Step 3: soak it in cold boiled water and take it out.
Step 4: heat the oil in the frying pan, add mushrooms and stir fry until soft.
Step 5: add half a bowl of boiling water to stew. Add oyster sauce, sugar and salt to taste.
