Hot and sour shredded potatoes
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the materials and wash the potatoes;
Step 2: peel the potatoes with a peeler;
Step 3: cut the potato into thin slices, and then cut into filaments;
Step 4: shred green pepper and cut Chaotian pepper into small pieces;
Step 5: soak the shredded potatoes in water for 15 minutes, then rinse them several times, drain the water and set aside;
Step 6: heat up the oil in a hot pan, add the capsicum and stir fry it;
Step 7: add shredded potatoes and stir fry until almost ripe, then add appropriate amount of vinegar and stir fry evenly;
Step 8: add shredded green pepper, stir fry until done, then put it on the plate.

Note: 1, Chao Tian Jiao is I used Baijiu, when fried potatoes will have a little bit of wine, it is because of this smell is unique; 2, potatoes cut into thin slices will be easier to cut into thin wire; 3, after the water washed potato shreds, stir fry will have crisp taste; 4, I used rose vinegar, do not need to add a lot, according to their own.
