Production steps:
Step 1: according to the sequence of liquid first, powder second and yeast last, put 140g high gluten flour, 60g low gluten flour, 16g fine granulated sugar, 160g milk and 4G instant yeast powder into the bread barrel of the bread maker;
Step 2: start the "mixing surface" function, stir the material into a ball, and then press "stop";
Step 3: start the "fermentation" function, cover the cover of the bread maker, ferment until the dough reaches the maximum and begins to collapse, with "honeycomb" inside;
Step 4: add all the dough materials except butter, including 140g high gluten flour, 60g low gluten flour, 64g fine sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 16g milk powder, 60g whole egg and 36g milk. First add milk, then add whole egg and salt sugar;
Step 5: add flour and milk powder;
Step 6: start the "dough mixing" function, open the cover and knead the dough until the end of the program,
Step 7: after "mixing noodles", add softened butter, select the one button bread program, determine the weight and color, and press the "start" button. If "lazy" home, go to play it, until the end of the bread machine program, ask you to perform step 16.
Step 8: I overcame it. When kneading the dough, I opened the cover of the bread maker, and when fermenting, I closed the cover. After fermenting, the second mixing of the bread maker was finished. Step 14: bottom down, put into the bread barrel, cover the bread machine cover, continue the bread machine program, and carry out the second fermentation;
Step 15: after fermentation and before baking, press the "pause" button, brush a layer of whole egg liquid on the surface, close the lid, and continue the toasting process;
Step 16: after baking, take out the bread immediately, put it on the grid, brush the melted butter on the top and four sides while it is hot, and brush it several times.
