Production steps:
Step 1: after killing hairtail, cut it into about 6cm small sections, wash and drain.
Step 2: glue the dried hairtail with a thin layer of cornmeal, which will reduce the flying oil.
Step 3: fry the hairtail in a frying pan.
Step 4: fry on one side and then turn over the other side, take out after frying, put a little oil in the frying pan, heat it to about 4 layers, and stir fry with onion, ginger and garlic until fragrant. Then put the fried hairtail into the frying pan.
Step 5: put all seasonings in the right amount, add a little water, stew for about 10 minutes, and collect the juice. According to my personal preference, if you like more soup, leave some juice. I personally think the dried juice will taste better.
