Production steps:
Step 1: buy lard from supermarket
Step 2: cut the lard into small pieces. If it is too small, the oil residue will be very broken.
Step 3: put half a bowl of water into the frying pan, boil over medium heat and stir fry a few times.
Step 4: after the pot is hot, turn the heat down and slowly boil out the oil.
Step 5: the oil is getting more and more slowly. Scoop out part of the oil with a spoon and put it into a container. Try to choose an iron container as far as possible. Other containers may have problems due to the high oil temperature
Step 6: take out the small oil residue that is about to be dried, and continue to boil the rest.
Step 7: turn off the fire, use the spatula to press the oil residue that has not been boiled. When it is not so hot in the pot, turn on the fire again, repeat the steps, and try not to make the temperature in the pot too high, so as to avoid the oil blackening.
Step 8: I put the oil in the teapot, and the oil in the bowl. The oil from the front is relatively clean. It can be used for mixing noodles and so on. Because the oil from the back may be charred and the color of the oil will be a little bit black, it can be used for cooking.
Step 9: dry the oil residue, sprinkle half a teaspoon of salt, mix well, a little cold can eat, full of crisp.
Step 10: fragrant pig oil residue.

Note: in the process of boiling, don't turn on the fire too much. If the oil temperature is too high, turn off the fire properly to let the oil temperature drop a little.
