Spicy bullfrog
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash two bullfrogs and set aside.
Step 2: cut into small pieces, put in a spoonful of salt, pepper, cooking wine, ginger, mix well, marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 3: tender ginger a little more, can be fresh; Vitex pepper on the line, mainly for the color of the dishes look good.
Step 4: shred the tender ginger, and cut the Vitex and pepper into sections.

Step 6: chop all three kinds of peppers into chopped peppers and cut garlic into small pieces.
