Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: weigh the required materials and put them in a bowl.
Step 2: soak the bowl with lotus seed, black bean and red bean overnight.
Step 3: remove the core of the soaked lotus seed, and clean the black beans, red beans and other ingredients.
Step 4: pour all clean ingredients (except rock sugar) into the pressure cooker.

Then the rock sugar can be boiled and dissolved for consumption. Don't cover the lid when cooking. Stir while cooking. Rock sugar doesn't stick to the bottom of the pot.
