Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: material drawing. It should be noted that oats are cooked, peanuts are soaked for 10 hours, then red clothes are removed, glutinous rice is soaked for more than 5 hours, reed leaves are washed, scalded with boiling water, and root of leaves is decocted.
Step 2: mix the stuffing with sugar.
Step 3: start wrapping. Take two reed leaves and make a funnel with the root part.
Step 4: shape the bottom of the funnel to avoid dew.
Step 5: fill the funnel with rice, not too full.
Step 6: turn the part of the leaf around the root of the leaf, and hold the hand well.
Step 7: knead it in your hand and add more rice if necessary.
Step 8: when wrapping the leaves, seal the dumplings with your thumb.
Step 9: squeeze the zongzi tightly with tiger mouth.
Step 10: winding with silk thread and binding tightly.
Step 11: wrapped rice dumplings.
Step 12: boil a pot of water, add zongzi after boiling, and cook for two hours. Just boil.
