Materials required:
Crucian carp: 1 (about 1.5 pounds)
Peanuts: 100g
Papaya: 100g
Onion and ginger: right amount
Salt: right amount
Milk: half a cup
Note: when I make this soup, I will soak the crucian carp in the milk for hours, and then add half a cup of milk when cooking. The taste of the soup is very good, without any earthy smell, especially the strong smell of peanuts and papaya. I don't need more seasonings at all, just add a little salt, and the taste is quite good, which is also in line with the requirements of postpartum mother's less salt.
