Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients, slice ginger and cut scallion.
Step 2: clean the fish (fish viscera have been removed at the time of purchase), and make a few strokes on both sides of the fish.
Step 3: put ginger and onion at the bottom of the plate (special plate for microwave oven).
Fourth step: put the fish well, put ginger and onion on the table, and sprinkle 1 spoonfuls baijiu.
Step 5: close the lid (special for microwave oven), or cover it with high temperature resistant plastic film, and prick a few small holes on the surface of the film with toothpick.
Step 6: put it in the microwave oven and select "steam fish" for 3 minutes.
Step 7: it's time to take out the juice from the plate and remove the fishy smell.
The eighth step: turn the other side of the fish to the top, put the onion on the top, pour 3-5 spoonfuls of soy sauce, and then sprinkle 2 spoons of Baijiu.
