Step 2: after the salted duck eggs are cooked, remove the protein and leave only the yolk. Put the yolk into a bowl, add a little oil and crush it with a spoon.
Step 3: after the pot is heated, pour in the right amount of oil, turn to low heat, pour in the egg yolk, and stir fry slowly.
Step 4: after the egg yolk is fried, add half a bowl of water, transfer to medium heat, add appropriate amount of salt and chicken powder, stir well.
Step 5: pour in the bean curd cut into small pieces.
Step 6: boil for about 1 minute, add a little starch water to thicken, then out of the pot.

Note: salted duck eggs only need yolk, not protein. Don't put too much salt, because the yolk itself contains salt. Can quickly add their own flavor seasoning, our family like a little light.
