The taste of hometown
Introduction:
"Saozi noodle" was developed and changed on the basis of Tang Dynasty. "Yi Jue Liao Za Ji" says: "Tang people's birthdays are all soup cakes, and the so-called" longevity noodles "are also. &Liu Yuxi, a poet of the Tang Dynasty, wrote a poem: "the rest are guests who eat soup cakes with chopsticks. &In Tang Dynasty, noodles were called soup cakes;. The soup cake mentioned in Liu's poem is long life noodles;. It was a good place to entertain guests in the Tang Dynasty. It is said that when Su Dongpo was an official in Shaanxi Province, he liked to eat this kind of noodles and wrote a hymn to it: & quot; he wanted to go for the TangBing guest, but he was worried about writing nongzhangshu. There is a popular story about the change of the name of "long life noodles" from "saozi noodles". A long time ago, a family in Qishan married a beautiful, smart, diligent and smart daughter-in-law. The day after the new daughter-in-law arrived at her mother-in-law's house, she made a meal of noodles for the whole family. Later, her uncle got the official position and invited her classmates and friends to come home, so she asked her sister-in-law to make the best noodles for everyone. After eating, everyone was full of praise. From then on, & quot; sister-in-law noodles & quot; became famous. Because this kind of & quot; sister-in-law noodles & quot; must add saozi as the topping. So people also call it "saozi noodles";. According to historical facts, saozi meat appeared in the Northern Song Dynasty. Menglianglu recorded that there were shops specialized in processing and selling saozi meat. However, it is not known whether there were "saozi noodles" at that time. In the Ming Dynasty, Gao Lian wrote down "saozi meat noodle method" in Zunsheng bajian, so it can be said with certainty that "saozi meat noodle method" had been published at least before Gao Lian wrote this book
