Production steps:
Step 1: wash spinach, add boiling water with a little salt, blanch until cooked;

Note: 1, spinach contains oxalic acid, affect the absorption of calcium, blanching can remove most of the oxalic acid, so eat spinach must blanch; 2, sesame has a layer of skin, not easy to absorb, affect the absorption of sesame nutrition, so it is best to use the sesame kernel without skin. If you don't have sesame seed, you can use sesame. Just mash it after frying, and the mashed sesame is more fragrant.
