Production steps:
Step 1: soak Yuzhu in cold water and cut into small oblique sections; soak Auricularia auricula in warm water, wash and sprinkle with small flowers; wash green pepper and cut into strips; wash red pepper and cut into strips.
Step 2: green onion and ginger are ready as shown in the picture.
Step 3: oil in a hot pot, 70% heat, saute shallot and ginger.
