Nuobao Sushi
Introduction:
"For broccoli, many people are used to cutting off its stem when cooking or throwing it away when eating. In fact, its stem is also very nutritious, and its weight accounts for half of the whole broccoli. It's a waste to throw it away. I've seen some pickles and pickles specially made from this stem. Let's not talk about the more complicated methods. I tried this simple method. I can also keep the fresh stem with ham and rice. The stem will not feel tasteless. The simply boiled stem tastes crispy and has a taste similar to cucumber. According to my own idea, the finished product looks a little like a baby in the swaddling clothes. It's lovely. I suddenly think of my baby's appearance when he was born, so I named it "nuobao sushi". Although it's very simple, there's no special style, but based on my own imagination, it's exclusive.
