Production steps:
Step 1: homemade tofu
Step 2: cut a rectangle, and then cut a strip with a diagonal knife

Step 5: Fry one side and the other side, fry both sides and set aside.
Step 6: homemade salted egg yolk

Step 9: pour in the fried bean curd, stir fry evenly, and wrap the bean curd evenly with egg yolk sand

Salted egg yolk: 3
Yellow rice wine: 10g
Oil: 10g
Note: because the egg yolk is salty, there is no need to add salt in the process of cooking. Add yellow rice wine when frying egg yolk to remove fishiness
