Step 1: wash the beef and cut it into large pieces along the grain
Step 2: cook the cut beef in water.

Step 9: pour the oil into a bowl with shredded chilli and squeeze out the red oil.
Step 10: add salt, sugar, chicken essence, cooking wine and other seasonings while the oil is hot.
Step 11: pour the seasoning oil into the shredded meat.

Step 13: after the meat is fully flavored, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds.
