Cranberry-Walnut Celebration Bread

Production steps:
Step 1: mix everything except water walnut and cranberry, and then add water as needed
Step 2: knead into smooth bread
Step 3: add dried cranberries and walnuts in several times, knead well and then add another one
Step 4: put it into the container, cover the fresh-keeping mold, and ferment to twice the size
Step 5: take out plastic, divide into six, three large, three small dough, and rub into long strips
Step 6: braid
Step 7: put the small braid on the big one and turn it into a double braid. You can also make other shapes as you like
Step 8: after brushing the egg liquid, start the second fermentation, and brush the egg liquid after twice the size
Step 9: put it into the preheated oven, 165 degrees, middle and lower layers, bake for 25 minutes, cover with tin foil, adjust to 180 degrees, bake for another 30 minutes, bake until dark brown, knock on the sound of empty, you can take it out, cool and slice

Note: it's really delicious. I actually put 100g Cranberry in it, but I think it's quite a lot. 250g Cranberry should be stronger
