Hand made nougat
Introduction:
"Seeing that everyone is making candy for the new year, I'll join in the fun and make some nougat as a small gift."
Production steps:
Step 1: fry the raw peanuts in a frying pan.
Step 2: stir fry until the peanuts are almost cooked, peel and roll them.
Step 3: prepare marshmallow, milk powder and peanuts.
Step 4: put the marshmallow in the microwave for 1 minute
Step 5: pour in milk powder and peanuts.
Step 6: stir quickly and evenly. (if it doesn't stir, microwave for more than ten seconds)
Step 7: take a fresh-keeping bag and put it on a square plate. Brush a layer of cooked peanut oil on the fresh-keeping bag.
Step 8: pour in the stirred nougat
Step 9: cover with a fresh-keeping bag and flatten the nougat by hand. (it's OK to use the hand without using the fresh-keeping bag, but the hand should be smeared with a little oil to prevent sticking)
Step 10: let it cool completely and cut into small pieces.
Step 11: Sprinkle the milk powder on the nougat to prevent adhesion. Finally, wrap it in sugar paper.

Marshmallow: 200g
Sweet milk powder: 100g
Cooked peanuts: 100g
Note: 1, cotton candy must choose all white, no sandwich kind. 2. Marshmallow microwave time should not exceed 1 minute, otherwise it will paste. The mixing time must be fast, and it can't be stirred after cooling. 3. After finishing the model, you can put it in the refrigerator for half an hour and then cut it. It's harder and easier to cut. 4. Raw peanuts can also be roasted in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes, but I think fried peanuts are more fragrant than roasted peanuts.
