Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.

Warm water: 140g
Butter: 30g
Raisins: 30g
Yeast: 5g
Salt: 2G
Note: the smart cloud menu of bread maker can let us have targeted choice. Different flour water absorption is not the same, can reserve about 20 grams of water, depending on the hardness of the dough to add. The bread needs to be taken out immediately after baking.
