Step 4: steam yaozhu and smash it with the back of a knife
Step 5: start the oil pan, stir fry the yaozhu silk, give the fragrance and set aside
Step 6: pick up the oil pan again, beat in the eggs and smash them with chopsticks
Step 7: pour in Cabbage and Shredded Mushroom stalks and stir fry until 8
Step 8: pour in the vermicelli and shredded Yao Zhu and stir fry for a while (the vermicelli will be soft after soaking in hot water, so don't stir fry for a long time)
Step 9: add seasoning and serve
