Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: Ingredients: lean meat, dried pig, egg, chive, coriander, ginger, dried onion.
Second step: prepare rice wine: slice lean pork and pig liver, add salt, chicken powder, Baijiu (2 tablespoons) cooking oil and raw starch for 10-20 minutes.
Step 3: in the process of salting meat, you can fry eggs, heat up the pot, put appropriate amount of cooking oil, break the eggs and fry them into shape, with golden color on both sides. Chop the onion and slice the ginger.
Step 4: take another soup pot, boil about 6 bowls of water, and put the fried eggs into the pot to boil.
Step 5: just fried eggs in the frying pan with a little base oil, put down the dried scallions and saute them.
Step 6: pour down the pickled pork liver lean meat, ginger slices, stir fry together until the meat flavor comes out, pour down rice wine and stir fry a few times.
Step 7: scoop up the meat slices and pour them into the soup pot.
Step 8: cover and cook for 30 minutes.
Step 9: when the soup turns milky white and the amount of water is much less than before, turn off the fire and add salt.
Step 10: mix in chicken powder and mix well~

Note: buy the lean pork liver slices must be pre pickled for a while to go fishy. The soup of economical benefits is not reduced, but glutinous rice wine is also used instead of Baijiu.
