Amaranth with garlic
Introduction:
"In the supermarket, I saw the amaranth that we rarely sell here. When I went home, I boiled out its charming soup and made noodles. The rest of the vegetables were used for cold mixing. It's really practical!"
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the amaranth and blanch it in the pot.
Step 2: squeeze out the water, remove the thick stem and leave only the leaves.
