Honey pomelo tea [lemon version]
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: Sprinkle the rind of grapefruit and lemon with salt and rub with hands
Step 2: slice the lemon into a bowl; cut the peel of the grapefruit thinly, and then cut it into about 1 mm filaments (shave off the white part of the lemon peel, I forgot to shave, hahaha ~ ~)
Step 3: soak the cut pomelo peel in brine for about 40 minutes
Step 4: peel the grapefruit meat into small pieces and put it into a bowl
Step 5: remove the core of the cut lemon slices, sprinkle with thick sugar and marinate
Step 6: take the soaked grapefruit skin into the water of the soup pot and cook for about 10 minutes
Step 7: lay the peeled grapefruit meat on the bottom of the pot
Step 8: spread the cooked grapefruit skin evenly on the grapefruit meat
Step 9: sprinkle a large amount of rock sugar on the grapefruit peel, add a small bowl of water and cook over medium heat
Step 10: boil for about 1 hour, the soup is thick, slightly cool (about 80 degrees), mix in honey and pickled lemon slices
Step 11: after the grapefruit tea is thoroughly cooled, put it into a sealed container without water and oil, and refrigerate it in the refrigerator!
Step 12: when drinking, take it out and rinse it with warm water (the water temperature should be within 80 degrees, too high water temperature will destroy the nutrition of honey)!
