Production steps:
Step 1: pour all the ingredients except butter into the mixing drum
Step 2: fix the barrel on the cook machine and install the noodle hook of the cook machine
Step 3: close the machine and cover the mixing tank
Step 4: turn on the power and turn the knob to the first gear. After mixing all kinds of materials in the barrel, turn to the second gear to continue mixing. After the dough is stirred until the gluten is formed, add small pieces of butter
Step 5: continue to stir in the second gear until the dough can pull out a large film
Step 6: peel off the dough attached to the dough hook, take out the mixing barrel, slightly arrange all the dough, and cover the barrel with a layer of preservative film for basic fermentation
