Production steps:
Step 1: get the materials ready.
Step 2: pour the premixed powder into a large bowl and add honey.
Step 3: add the beaten egg mixture.
Step 4: mix well with scraper, knead into dough by hand, cover with plastic film and refrigerate for 1 hour.

Step 7: put the cut paper model on the dough, and cut the gingerbread with a knife according to the edge of the model.
Step 8: carefully place the cut dough on the baking plate, pierce some holes with a fork, brush a layer of egg water, let it stand for about 20 minutes, brush another layer of egg water, put it in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Step 9: roll a large piece of dough to make the base of the gingerbread house. After the same operation, bake it in a 180 degree oven for about 12-15 minutes.
Step 10: make protein icing: mix the protein and sugar powder, add lemon juice, and then continue to beat. (the icing can be made less according to the ratio, and it can be made when it is not enough. The icing for bonding needs to be thicker and more powdered sugar, and the sugar phase for brushing the roof needs to be thinner and more lemon juice).
Step 11: the baked biscuits can be assembled after they are cool. First, assemble and fix the bottom of the gingerbread house with sticky icing. Wait until the bottom of the house is dry, and then put up the roof and small door.
Step 12: after the house is built, brush a little thin icing on the roof. When the thin icing is dry, then use a little thick icing box for simple decoration.
