Shredded pork with cabbage

Production steps:
Step 1: shred pork.
Step 2: cut cabbage, wash and keep water in reserve.
Step 3: wash coriander and cut into sections.

Coriander: 30g
Scallion: 5g
Jiang: 3G
Dried pepper: 5g
Vinegar: 15ml
Meijixian: 10ml
Salt: a little
Peanut oil: 25ml
Note: coriander can be added or not.
