Runfei Zhike Qiuli cream (soybean milk machine version)
Introduction:
"I have a little cough recently, and my throat is not very comfortable. I want to make some Qiuli ointment to improve it. It happened that recently everyone was using soybean milk machine to make things, so they wanted to use soybean milk machine and rice cooker to make Qiuli paste, which was fast and convenient. I think it's more convenient and faster than the traditional method. "
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare materials: pear, rock sugar, jujube, ginger, lily, scallop, honey
Step 2: wash and slice the pear and ginger; wash and remove the core of jujube;
Step 3: put pear, ginger, jujube and Lily into soybean milk machine, and add appropriate amount of water to the scale mark of soybean milk machine; adjust the soybean milk machine to make soybean milk or rice paste, and filter after the work of soybean milk machine.
Step 4: put the filtered juice into the rice cooker (the rice cooker that our family is going to phase out, but I didn't expect it to have some effect), and transfer it to the cooking position.
Step 5: add Chuanbei powder (when Chuanbei is bought in the drugstore, the drugstore will grind it into powder for you), and boil it with rock sugar
Step 6: put a pair of chopsticks on the top of the rice cooker (like a bridge, forget to take a picture, ha ha), and then cover the pot on the chopsticks, so as to prevent the juice from spilling over the pot and splashing, and no one needs to watch.
Step 7: when the juice is as thick as honey, you can turn off the rice cooker.
Step 8: after cooling, add honey, stir well, Qiuli cream is ready.
Step 9: put Qiuli cream into a glass bottle, seal it and keep it for a long time. Every time you drink, take one or two spoons with an oil-free spoon and add water. (the glass bottle needs to be sterilized by boiling water for 5 minutes in advance)
Materials required:
Pear: 1500g
Honey: 200g
Red dates: moderate
Ginger: moderate
Sichuan scallop: right amount
Lily: right amount
Rock sugar: right amount
Note: 1, Sichuan scallop and Lily are not put, you can also put some other tonic materials. If it's powdery, it can be boiled directly; if it's massive, it needs to be mixed with the pear in the soybean milk machine. 2. Later, it was found that the rock sugar can also be put into the soybean milk machine to mix with the pear, so that the filtered juice can be made into autumn pear paste, and the residue can be directly bottled into pear jam, which means the taste is slightly rough (in this case, it's better to use boiling water to boil the filter in advance). 3. Put the chopsticks on the electric rice cooker, and then close the lid. Basically, you don't need to look at them, and you don't need to stir them. That's to say, when it's getting thicker, you need to stir them. It's quite convenient to find out.
