Yuanbao wonton
Introduction:
"Yuanbao wonton" is called according to the shape of the package. Wonton, chaoshou, wonton and so on are all traditional snacks, which are called differently in different places. The method of making wonton is almost the same. The stuffing can be prepared according to your own preference, but the majority of meat stuffing. There are many shapes of wonton. Today's package is "Yuanbao wonton" with pork and cabbage stuffing
Production steps:
Step 1: add proper amount of water to the flour to form a smooth hard dough, cover it with plastic film and let it grow for 30 minutes.
Step 2: roll out the dough and cut it into squares.
Step 3: chop the cabbage, dry the water, and put it into the seasoned meat.
Step 4: stir it evenly, add fragrant oil and mix well.
Step 5: take a dough and put some meat stuffing in the middle. Fold the bottom up and put it in the middle of the mince.
Step 6: fold it up again and leave a quarter of the dough on it. Squeeze on both sides.
Step 7: stand up, button the two ends in the middle, and pinch them together to form the green body of Yuanbao wonton. Do it in turn.
Step 8: pot soup, add Yuanbao wonton. Bring to a boil, cook for about 2 minutes, and the wonton will float.
Step 9: sprinkle some scallions, put them into a bowl and serve.
Materials required:

Note: 1, stuffing without cabbage, or add your favorite vegetables. 2. The dough should be a little harder to roll thin.
