Step 2: everything is ready, start cooking! ·················(some pictures are omitted here) first, add some oil to the pan. When the oil is boiling, put in the green onion, ginger and garlic to stir fry. Then put in the potatoes to stir fry. Next, add in the wax gourd and Chinese fungus.
